Geoff Layton

In 1968, Geoff started work at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a management consultant and in 1973 he moved to Nashua South Africa (a Ricoh dealer) as the Financial Controller. Whist in this latter position, Geoff established a subsidiary for Nashua NH of the USA, being ultimately responsible for the accounts and administration of 6 major branches (80 people). During his employment at Nashua, annual sales grew from 0 - $8million.

Geoff established his own business in 1976, now known as the RBC group, and acted as the Managing Director until 2000, when he moved into the position of Financial Controller. He has continued to oversee the development of the RBC Group to its present position today.
